Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Alkam and Mulila LLP is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Senior Auditor to join our Audit and Assurance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the firm’s growth while developing their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilties
- Lead and execute audit engagements in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Review financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior audit staff.
- Prepare high-quality audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CPA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 1 year at senior level.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
